Changing without knowing where one comes from and where one wants to go to is pointless. Therefor, Enjoin Consulting forms a team with your own organisation and analyses the current situation. This phase, depending on the complexity and scope, can take between 1-4 weeks. Then, we define the to-be situation and the roadmap. Not only will this include the processes and management systems needed to get there, we will also focus on training and coaching of personnel involved.
Once there is a clear vision, a well defined roadmap, a trained project team and organisational commitment, the implementation can start. This is the hard work that involves the entire organisation. Defining and installing new ways of working does not guarantee succes by it self. We will continue challenging and supporting those working with the changed processes and systems, to make the change truly sustainable, and will provide all layers of the organisation with the tools to continue monitoring. A typical implementation, again depending on complexity and scope, can taken anywhere from 3-4 months up to 1 year.
